Portrait and Branding Photographer
Born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, I was told, "the photography torch", was passed down to me from one of my uncles on my father's side of the family. He took photos of everything that moved and also documented the family at every wake.
With a multitude of memories on film left behind, the family often tells me, that energy must have been transmitted to me. And although I never had the chance to meet him, I took this gift that I was given and ran with it as far as I could, trying to visualize the world frame by frame in ways that are as beautiful and as colorful as I can imagine.
My work centers around embracing people through culture and lifestyle, freedom of self expression and brand communication. I've always been inspired by people from around the world. And as much as I enjoy being immersed and living amongst different cultures and wanting to capture their lifestyles from behind the lens, it's also always been amazing to me how beauty standards and fashion and style changes from place to place.
